Going back to work was supposed to be a painless transition, but when my new boss turns out to be an arrogant, cocky jerk, he quickly turns my professional life into a world of torture. Okay, fine, calling him an asshat before knowing he was my boss wasn't my finest moment. Hating him should be easy.     This book made me howl with laughter! I don't think I've enjoyed reading a book so much as I did this. Well written and humorous all the way through.

    I loved this book and it even had me laughing out loud at times, I can honestly say that there isn't any of Natasha Madison's work I've loved so far. I've never really been a romantic comedy fan, but this book had it all and it made me appreciate the funny side all the more, because the interaction between both Lauren and Austin worked so well. Divorced mum Lauren is up against it from her first day in her new job, her boss is arrogant and totally in love with his job, but since they first meet Lauren is fighting a battle not to hate him, but there is something about winding Austin up that Lauren can't let go, so when Austin reciprocates it becomes a battle of wills. Until the serious issue makes them face up to the fact that their relationship might be more than a working one. I loved both Lauren and Austin, they were both funny, but when they showed their softer sides I loved that too. I loved the fact the story had more sides and all worked well to make the story perfect.
