    I'll forever be indebted to Allen Carr, for the way he projected the nicotine addiction conundrum, and in his Easyway book, giving the belief and mental tools to conquer it. However, Easyweigh is just rubbish. Seriously, don't bother. The short version is that because it is sweet, colouful and mainly water, fruit and veg is mans 'natural' food. So eat as much as you want. There was no real science behind the claims, like you'd find in Dr Atkins books or the 4 hour body to name just a couple. Just really weak theory based on what he thought. Sorry, Easyway was a classic self-help book. This is just mis-guided dross.

    Doesnt take 900 pages to say eat fruit, fresh veg and drink water. Also doesn't mention things like the effect of eating loads of fruit has on teeth, acid erosion etc. His method works well for non smoking but this is drivel

    I stopped smoking 20 years ago thanks to Carr, and the mind resetting approach is similar. Unfortunately the useful stuff is buried in ludicrously simplistic enviro-waffle and cod theology. Eat like a gorilla, drink like a lion? I don't think so. But I am eating fruit for breakfast....

    The other reviewer is wrong. The author simply refers to mother nature. It is a fantastic book. Even if you are not looking to lose weight and just want to think mire positively and healthily. Highly recommended.

    If I keep reading all his ott out of place religious stuff that I didn't pay good money for I may lose weight from throwing up!!!!!
