    I found this book an inspiration. It was full of powerful hints and tips on how to retrain the mind into become focussed on your weight loss. I have devised my own "burn the fat blueprint" taking before photos, writing down what i eat, when i sat and how i felt, and it foes work! X

    I enjoyed the book, it was all things I have heard before but a great way of relating to it was using the animal behaviour theories. I'll definitely be using the workouts! Only down fall was trying to sell products at end!

    This book is interesting I must admit. I followed all of the routines that it provides. The thing that let it down is the fact that it tries to advertise you at the end into buying more relevant products which I hate so much. Huge let down man. But thanks.

    I have heard some of the principals before, but as the book was condensed into just 260 or so pages, I engaged with the concept of animal dieting and exercising a lot easier. Some of it really should be common sense, but I'm glad I have been reminded in this way and I am now conscious of the way I eat and question myself if I find myself thinking about snacks!
