    This book should begin with a warning that you need to believe in a single Christian God before you proceed. It starts with some general Christian references but by the time you get to the crux of the process it is apparent that for the rest of us we have wasted our time. While I am a firm believer in the concepts that this book describes, I am disappointed (but not surprised) that once again God has to be brought into this. People of all religions and beliefs also experience love. Why does it have to be exclusive to a select group. It seems that a firm belief in a Christian God greatly enhances the effect of the healing code - unfortunate for the rest of us. The basic concepts are good and I understand they follow a trend in modern science that sees the connection between stress, cellular memory and energies, however what I didn't know was this was only true for Christians! The basic concepts of distributed memory, energy, visualisation and the basic understanding that the world we live in is created and manipulated by our thoughts goes back many thousands of years - at least to the foundations of the current age of Buddhism 2600 years ago and is referred to in many Asia texts. We may now have a new angle on it but we cannot claim to have recently discovered it. The book is deficient in ignoring this broad and ancient knowledge base. The iBook is 500 pages long - this could be condensed to 150. There are pages and pages of anacdotal references which support the code which do no more than to delay the surprise when to get to the code and find that all the information is not in book. When you finally get to the crux of the healing process you find that you have to then register (for free) on their website to get all the information and even then it doesn't really add up. The further information that can be downloaded now really shows it's true colours by being steeped in biblical quotes. It would seem that to get the full story further investment in their other publications is highly recommended. There are also inconsistencies in the book, for example, it describes energy as having three characteristics - frequency, amplitude and colour ! Surely colour is how we perceive it when it strikes the retina and it is a function of the frequency. Later on it describes the third characteristic as shape and not colour - something of a contradiction. In summary I'd say that the subject matter is very interesting but it is unfortunate that you need to have Christian faith and access to the Internet - maybe this should be included in the pre-sales description. I'd suggest that you take a look at the web site first and if you feel that this for you then jump in feet first but be sure you know where this is coming from.
