    Love this book itโ€™s not normally my type of book but I saw you on bbc news one morning and I want to see the film so I thought I would download the book and Iโ€™m glad I did I havenโ€™t been able to put it down I have laughed at parts and cried at parts. My 7yr old son is even reading it which I think is great as it will teach him no matter how different people look it is always good to be kind and not make fun of people that look different. And that you can be friends with anyone.

    The author of this book has a very vivid imagination of what life would be like in August's shoes, it's amazing. I had a large variety of different emotions while reading this book, and I loved how it changed from different perspectives, I thought that was outstanding. I cried a lot in this book, so did my mum; Every night streams of tears would roll down our cheeks, especially at the end of the book where the bully (I forgot his name) goes to visit his grandma and she tells him such a heart-breaking story. It made me realise what some people go through and that buying clothes from Topshop and JD aren't the best things in life. BTW, I foung this book in the 'read it before you see it' section, is there a movie coming out of it?!
