    For anyone who is thinking of taking up crossfit this is a fantastic read ,

    This as a great book for those interested in or just starting Crossfit, just like me (55) and my wife (53)..! And we were inspired by our Son Scott - who I now know is a 'Firebreather'..! It sets the scene for those thinking of taking the plunge into the 'Box' or those who have just started and had the 'Sweat Angel' or 'total exhaustion' experiences who can relate. It also touches briefly on other areas like nutrition and most importantly the camaraderie between Crossfit Athletes no matter if you come first or last. You quickly realise Crossfit is a self test which encourages you to work harder driven by both other Box members and your own realisation that you are getting better and you want to do more.
