    I cannot truly describe how much this has changed my life ... For the better ! My skin used to be dull , Acne-prone and sensitive , But now it's clear and radiant and looking as good as it did when I was five years old . I feel clearer , fresher and more alive . It's so great ! And although the first week or two may seem horrible , After you commit you don't even want sugar anymore ! Thank you Sarah Wilson !

    I completed the 8 week I Quit Sugar challenge and have to say, it was hard work, but by following Sarah Wilson week by week plan, I have lost weight, my skin looks so much better and I eat when I am hungry instead of when I am craving. I now feel like I can choose to eat sugar rather than feeling like I constantly need to have something sugary, this has made a huge difference to I now eat as I now eat fresh fruit and veg rather than refined food products. This is not a diet, this is a life style change!
